The EHLT-S replaces manual hydraulic actuation with a 12V electric pump station, drastically reducing cycle times. While manual high-lift units require significant physical exertion and time to reach maximum height, this unit achieves full 800mm (31.5 in) extension in a consistent 10–12 second interval. This speed is critical for synchronization with automated conveyor systems or rapid die-change operations. The single-piston design simplifies the hydraulic circuit, reducing potential leak points while maintaining consistent pressure for loads up to 1500kg (3300 lbs).

Structural Reinforcement & Component Longevity

Scissor-lift mechanisms are subject to significant lateral and torsional stresses when elevated. The EHLT-S addresses this via reinforced fork frames that resist deflection. A key engineering feature is the enclosed fork tip design. Unlike open-frame models, the EHLT-S houses the front load rollers and linkage points within the steel profile. This prevents collision damage to the rollers during pallet entry and shields the bearings from warehouse debris, thereby extending the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) for the undercarriage components.

Active Safety Logic & Ergonomics

To prevent catastrophic hydraulic failure, the pump station includes a pre-set safety overload valve. If an operator attempts to lift a load exceeding the rated capacity, the valve bypasses fluid back to the reservoir, protecting the cylinder seals and preventing chassis warping. For operator control, the ergonomic handle is equipped with a rubberized grip to dampen vibration and improve thermal comfort. The mechanical 3-position lever allows the operator to disengage the lifting mechanism (Neutral) during transport, ensuring the load remains static and eliminating accidental height adjustments while moving.
