Electric Work Positioner

100KG 150KG 200KG Light Duty Electric Stacker

  • Optimized Vertical Reach: Achieves a maximum fork height of 1700mm (66.9 in) on the E100 model, facilitating access to upper shelving tiers.
  • Compact Aisle Performance: A slim 600mm (23.6 in) overall width allows navigation through confined spaces and standard doorways without structural modification.
  • Service-Free Power: Features a sealed 24V/12Ah maintenance-free battery system, eliminating the need for electrolyte monitoring or watering.
  • Low Point Loading: With a net weight starting at 63kg (138.9 lbs), the unit is safe for use on mezzanines and raised flooring systems.

The E100/E150 Series is a precision-engineered light duty electric stacker designed to bridge the gap between manual trolleys and heavy industrial forklifts. Specifically calibrated for administrative, pharmaceutical, and light-industrial environments, this unit handles payloads of 100kg (220 lbs) to 150kg (330 lbs) with a 235mm (9.3 in) load center. The chassis is constructed with a lightweight aluminum mast and a steel frame, resulting in a highly maneuverable net weight of 63kg (138.9 lbs) to 66kg (145.5 lbs).

Engineered for narrow-aisle applications, the stacker features a compact footprint of 870mm x 600mm (34.3 in x 23.6 in). The integrated 470mm x 600mm (18.5 in x 23.6 in) platform accommodates standard file boxes, server components, and tote bins. By utilizing a 24V electric lifting system, this work positioner mitigates operator strain and adheres to strict ergonomic safety protocols.

Performance

Precision Lifting and Ergonomic Range

The E-Series stackers are designed to eliminate manual lifting injuries by providing powered vertical positioning. The E100 model offers a maximum lift height of 1700mm (66.9 in), while the E150 reaches 1500mm (59.1 in). With a lowered height of just 130mm (5.1 in), operators can load materials directly from floor level or bottom racking shelves without bending. The electric lift mechanism ensures smooth ascent and descent, protecting sensitive loads such as electronics or laboratory equipment from shock and vibration during positioning.

Confined Space Maneuverability & Chassis Design

Operational efficiency in high-density storage areas is maximized through the unit’s specific dimensional engineering. The overall width is strictly maintained at 600mm (23.6 in), allowing the stacker to pass through standard personnel doors and navigate aisles too narrow for conventional forklifts. The rolling system utilizes $\phi$125mm (4.9 in) steering wheels and $\phi$75mm (3.0 in) load wheels. These wheels are manufactured from non-marking polyurethane, which reduces rolling resistance on carpet or linoleum and prevents floor damage in clean-room environments.

Maintenance-Free 24V Electrical Architecture

Reliability is secured through a 24V/12Ah battery system designed for “Plug and Play” operation. Unlike flooded lead-acid batteries that require ventilation and fluid maintenance, this sealed unit is service-free, reducing total cost of ownership (TCO) and maintenance labor hours. The 24V system provides consistent torque to the lifting motor, ensuring the 150kg (330 lbs) capacity is lifted at a consistent speed regardless of battery charge level. The integration of the battery within the 870mm (34.3 in) chassis length ensures the center of gravity remains low for stability during transport.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many types of stacker are there?

There are three main types of stackers: manual stackers, semi-electric stackers, and full-electric stackers. They differ in power source, lifting capacity, and working height, making them suitable for light, medium, and heavy-duty warehouse operations.

What is the difference between a stacker and a forklift?

A stacker is compact, designed for lifting and stacking pallets at low to medium heights in narrow spaces. A forklift is more powerful, with higher lifting capacity and greater lifting height for heavy loads and high-level racking. Stackers are simpler and more affordable, while forklifts are for heavier, more demanding tasks.
